LarryVillage is a community site developed for the community of Lawrence, Kansas. We have utilized Free Software as the platform for this site and are planning to develop policy and practices which will protect users' privacy and freedom to access and modify all content herein.

The main goal of LarryVillage is to:

..create a liberated social space in which people experience the freedom and support to experiment with living the creative, cooperative, self-organizing relationships we wish to bring into the larger culture (Korten, 2009, p. 182).
